The weight loss industry rakes in a whopping $200 billion dollars from people who diet, purchase weight loss products, or hold gym memberships. In order to achieve weight loss goals, and overall healthy living, a support system or network of friends to encourage, motivate and propel one’s journey to better health are paramount.
