The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks feedback from women, minorities, and Veterans who have filed for a patent, have tried to locate information about filing for a patent, or intend to file an application in the future. Specifically, the USPTO would like insight from entrepreneurs and small businesses.
The Agency will potentially make changes to future processes based on feedback from respondents. A final report will be issued by the USPTO Office of the Chief Economist.
